Bamboo carbon is a fascinating substance with special qualities. You will find these insoles to be comfortable and powerfully effective at reducing moisture and odors in your shoes.

Here is how to use your shoe insoles:

1. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE SIZE ON YOUR INSOLE PACKAGE FITS YOUR FEET. IF NOT, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A REPLACEMENT : 720-344-4844.

2. Place the insoles inside your shoes.

3. You should remove the insoles every month or so and place them outside in sunlight for a few hours where the ultraviolet rays of the sun will vaporize the odor molecules and other impurities the activated bamboo carbon has absorbed. This will help make your insoles last longer.

4. Replace your insoles every 6-8 months.
