The Best Baby Socks Apr 18, 2009
By Sarah DeLong These are not necessarily the ONLY socks that stay on my daughter's feet, but they are the BEST. They are very stretchy; this meant that when her feet were tiny the socks weren't all baggy. Now that she's almost 7 months the socks still fit beautifully. In fact I have some in both sizes and they ALL fit wonderfully. I've washed and dried them a number of times and they are still holding up quite nicely. I recommend a lingerie bag as the socks are very tiny and get lost easily.

Baby's Best Socks So Far Jan 18, 2010
By Melanie These are our thickest, softest socks and most important they stay on our baby's feet longer than any other pair (without cutting off circulation)! We have had no issues with shredding and baby has been wearing them from birth to 7 months now. They do catch burrs more than our other socks but that has not been an issue for us. They are pricey socks but aside from that no complaints!
As soft as chenile! Nov 01, 2011
By Mary Sutherland My friend loves her baby's chenile socks, and wanted some in the 6-12 mo range, but they are IMPOSSIBLE to find. I looked EVERYWHERE, no luck. But Bamboo is just as soft, and a whole lot sturdier, so I gave these a shot! She loves them, the baby loves them, and they feel just as soft as the chenile socks. But she can grip better when walking, the socks can be WASHED in the machine, and they're warm! I'd say that makes them infinitely better than chenile!
Atypical use for these socks Oct 27, 2011

I didn't buy these socks for a human baby, but I did buy them for my doggie baby. My Pomeranian is 16 years old and has a hard time on the hardwood floors in our house. I got him Pawz rubber boots, but found that they dyed his feet. His acupuncturist (yes, he has his own acupuncturist) recommended putting baby socks between the Pawz and his feet, which would keep the dye off his feet as well as absorb his perspiration and add some cushioning.
I decided to get these bamboo socks -- and let me tell you why. Because he is a dog, he's not going to grow out of the socks like a baby would, and because he is a dog, these socks are going to get dirty and need to be washed repeatedly. So, I've now got 3 pairs of these that I keep in a constant rotation for my old man puppy. They are super durable and fantastic.
He's big for a Pom (18 pounds)-- very stout, husky feet, so I got the larger size, which is perfect for him.
Here's a quick tip -- I always wash these in a lingerie bag so they don't get lost in the wash.
